We started a Rock and Roll Benefit show a coupe years ago for a couple of reasons. Namely, Jason Newby, David Blair and Preslie Leathers.
The money we make doesn't go to cancer research. It doesn't go to lobby for better health care. It doesn't go to a hospital or organization.
All donations are presented to the grand parents of Jason's daughter in honor of David Blair and Preslie Leathers. Preslie is 8 months in remission as of January 2012. Jason and David are with their ancestors in the clearing at the end of the path.
Come join us at the Rudyard Kipling the first Saturday of every August and have a great time for an even better cause.
We do our best to put together an amazing night of live music and the Rud makes the best pizza in town. Our artist donate their time for the evening so we ask only for a ten dollar donation in return. If you'd like to help us out but can't make it to the show or if it's say, Januaray, your online donation is greatly accepted.
